Allow adding languages to the blacklist directly from the games

Follow-up to #6. I tried adding a couple languages to my blacklist, but I keep coming across more languages in the game that I'd want to blacklist, and right now I have to go back-and-forth between the games and the settings page.

It makes sense to fill the whitelist/preference list only in the settings page, since it's unlikely you'll forget which languages you're fluent in. But for the blacklist, it would be nice to have some shortcut to blacklist a language you're being exposed to.

It could be, for instance, a minus sign next to the article link, or something. Upon clicking it, the game should automatically move on to the next item.

...especially when you play on a mobile, where adding a language to that minuscule box is quite a test for finger agility ;)
