Include Persondata birth and death dates for date game

Most biography articles on the English and German wikis have the birth and death date recorded in the Persondata template. This data should be made available to people playing the date game. The data can be extracted with a simple regex (at least on en.wiki) since the parameter names are always in ALL CAPS, i.e. 'DATE OF BIRTH' and 'DATE OF DEATH'.
