Don't suggest images already used in the item

The image games suggests images that are already used in statements. There may be rare cases where it makes sense to add the same image twice to two different properties. In terms of the game I think such images should be filtered and not suggested again.

And therefore, exclure items where the only pic has already been added as logo, or map, or coat of arm, etc... Lots of them still in the game ;-)
