Wikidata-Todo - people with no assigned gender shows categories

Moin Moin Magnus, the query with people without gender information provides more and more category pages. In P31 there is inside "Wikimedia category", but then also "category contains" (P4224) "human". Shouldn't the statement be limited to P31 and "human" should be intercepted there?
