QuickStatements2 running on Structured Data on Commons sometimes does not work at all

Sometimes when trying to use QS2 on Commons, everything works fine, and sometimes the tool gets stuck on the first item and does nothing. I can not figure out a patters as to then it would work and when it would not. Below are some screen shots of tests I tried. I was never successful at adding any P6243 statements to any files on Commons, but sometimes I was able to add P7482 statements.
