QS2 "old interface" no longer works

QS2 "old interface" (https://quickstatements.toolforge.org/index_old.html linked from https://quickstatements.toolforge.org/) did not survive move to quickstatements.toolforge.org domain and no longer works. Usually that would not be an issue if the new interface was able to replace it, but old interface was able to work with statements passed to it in a form of URL and is being used by many tools on Commons, which allow any user to move book or artwork matadata from individual files to Wikidata using URL based QS
