Ask before changing a sitelink via Duplicity

Issue #26 resolved

Sometimes an item already has a sitelink for the wiki in question and when you click on the button to add the sitelink, Duplicity silently changes the link. If the item already has a sitelink, that could mean that the page doesn't really match the item, it could mean that there are two pages about the same thing and a merge should be proposed, or it could mean the original sitelink was wrong. In all three cases, it would be useful to be told about it so that it can be looked at more carefully.

Now showing a red marker to indicate presence of a site link to the current wiki. Also, hover text. Example (might stop working if resolved).
