QuickStatements: allow non-duplicate versions of existing properties

If a Person held a P39 position more than once, currently QuickStatements will ignore attempts to add a second version of that position, even if the new entry has a different start time and end time.

Hello, is this still a valid issue? I am trying to overcome this problem when using QS and don't know how. Is it possible to bypass the problem now?
