QuickStatements: stopped working for me

Last week QuickStatements stopped working for me. I put something like "Q2834084 P1472 "Alexandre-Thomas Francia" S143 Q565" in the window (the way I was doing it for a while), I press "do it" I see a little activity (something sending than something waiting) and than nothing. No error, no information on what happen and no edits to wikidata. I tried it in firefox and in chrome

Tool still not working and still no idea what is wrong.

@Dan, new version works fine, but I had several tools creating preloaded URLs that linked to the old version, and they all stopped working. Niosh fork at https://tools.wmflabs.org/niosh/wikidata-todo/public_html/quick_statements.php still works as well. It is no longer a problem for me as I switched to a new version, but it is still strange to have non-working tool out there.
