Quickstatements should allow to add/change ranks

I was thinking about updating data on countries (GDP and the like) but don't want to do that manually. Part of this would be to set/reset priorities (for instance "preferred" for the newest value). This seems not to be possible with Quickstatements (or any other tool): https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat#QuickStatements_-_setting_ranks.3F

It would be a huge enhancement to have this possibility.

As I also need the possibility to set references/qualifiers for quantities I would hope to have the new possibility for the fork at https://tools.wmflabs.org/niosh/wikidata-todo/public_html/quick_statements.php as the original version runs into issue 19: https://bitbucket.org/magnusmanske/wikidata-todo/issues/19/qualifiers-and-references-do-not-work-with
