[QuickStatements] Feature to test Quickstatements on Test Wikidata

When we try to add something to Wikidata using Quickstatements, it automatically adds the statements to Wikidata. But some cases, we might want to test a few Quickstatements out before actually making it live on Wikidata.

Can there be an option that allows us to do the same to the Test Wikidata site? If there was an optional flag that allowed us to push to the test wikidata site, that would be pretty helpful. Or if we just have a small checkbox that says "Push to test Wikidata instead"
