QuickStatements to allow adding references to existing statements

Regarding HOWTO's "Note: Existing statements with an exact match (property and value) will not be added again."

Please allow adding new source information provided, if it does not already has an identical reference.

Example: given existing Q124664 P366 Q660668 allow Q124664 P366 Q660668 S143 Q328 to add S143 Q328 to existing statement.
