Duplicity: Flagged redirects should not be listed too

If a redirect is turned into a soft redirect by any template tag, it should be ignored too.

e.g. [[:zh:布袋二交流道]] have a {{pp-semi-sock}} tag, this causes it to be listed. Maybe you should exclude all articles of [[:zh:Category:重定向]], i.e. [[:en:Category:Wikipedia_redirects]].
