Provide link to just-uploaded picture suggesting to edit description and categories

Right the red dot just disappears, and since I don't enable the Wikidata layer for performance reasons, it takes time to find the wikidata item again and go to its picture.

Also, people might not realize that they should enter categories/description to that picture. As the picture's author, they are in the best position to know exactly what the picture is about.
