Image symbols should express heading

Symbols of images in the map (object location as well as camera location) should be oriented to be able to express heading of the view.

https://tools.wmflabs.org/wiwosm/osm-on-ol/commons-on-osm.php has this feature but regrettably, its data were not updated in the last half of year.
