In my opinion items (red and green points) should show also their P373 ("Commons category: X") and, for the items which don't have it, they should have a botton "Commons category name: add to item" like "Commons file name: add to item". Many items have P373 but non an image (i.e. https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?oldid=330997118), so this would make it easier to set an image.

Added a Commons category link to the popup, where available. There is already an add-image-to-item field if no image is set; you'll just have to copy the file name from the category/file page.

OK: would it be possible to have a add-commons-category-to-item field too?

Is adding a Commons category such a frequent use case? I have almost had to do it, even though I have added pictures to thousands (I think) of items. Cheers!
