Provide request for authorization at the top right corner of the screen

I found the request for authorization within a item unintuitive. I think it would be more intuitive to have a request for authorization at the top right corner of the screen.

This would break the interface on mobile. Also, I don't want users to feel they need to authorize just viewing. Third, there are at least two different authorization buttons, one for Wikidata editing (new item), one for Commons uploading (from device/flickr). The buttons show up in the respective location.
