Please tag and release and publish tarballs for 20120613 (or 20120615)

Hi!

I see that Sage 5.3 uses a version of m4ri (20120613) that has not been released publicly yet. At least I could not find a tag here or a tarball at http://m4ri.sagemath.org/downloads/ with that version number, althought commit f9b74a092423 suggests that a new version should happen.

If that version used by Sage corresponds to a tag of this repo, would you consider tagging it and release the corresponding tarball?
