Add source view and more info on every sample page

On sample web pages we have to add the page source: markup and code-behind. Change the header of every page to be of a "jumbotron style". Add to every sample page a bottom section with links to:

• purchase page
• contact page for support
• forum for discussions
• nuget package home for more details
