update documentation to indicate what happens when logfiles rotate.
when logfiles rotate, any unread data in the old logfile is skipped.
i.e. ganglia-logtailer is invoked and logfile is read to position X logfile grows to position Y logfile is rotated new logfile grows to position A * ganglia-logtailer is invoked - what happens?
The data from the new logfile to position A is correctly read, but the data from position X to the end of the old file (position Y) is silently ignored.
It may be that using logtail2 instead of logtail will make this better.
