Training log not syncing to web account

Training log entries added on mobile App not showing on web account. A walking entry recorded on the App is not showing in web account.
Same thing happened to me. It's been a long time since I've recorded a route and synced from my phone. It used to work just fine (last successful sync was 02/25/2017). In 2016, I successfully recorded and synced 32 routes, and 5 routes in 2015.
