Sync Failure

I have been using the website to create routes, previously being able to sync them to my phone via the Android phone app without issue.

However, since last week (approximately) - 7th May 2017, sync has failed with the error 'Sync failed to complete: [object Object]'.

Unlinking my account does not help, as I attempt to link it back and this doesn't link properly - it says 'Linked As:' - but does not have my username, almost as if it can look up my account enough to authenticate, but not enough to actually download my maps or sync anything at all - attempting to sync in this state simply states 'Synchronising' and never completes.

Restarting the phone does not resolve this situation, attempting to sync via WiFi or mobile data makes no difference at all.

I state, this used to work perfectly without issue for me until a week ago (approximately) - I can still add maps on the website, but being unable to sync to phone makes the phone side of things redundant.

Phone specs: Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) Android 6.0.1 International model - but uses UK carrier EE.

I regret that I cannot provide a method to reproduce the issue as the issue simply 'appeared' without any changes on my phone by myself.

    I have exactly the same problem, working fine until a week ago them boom, weirdy sync error, registering again got the same not really linked problem. im using an huawei p9. website is fine all my routes are there, but wont sync to android app.
