Route saved on phone was removed after Sync

I saved a route on my phone app. When I used Sync, instead of it being added to my account so I could see it on my computer's browser, it was removed from my phone. My phone is using version 2.0.4. This is the first time I've saved a route on my new Google Pixel 2 phone. I never had this problem before with my previous Android phone.

It used to work just fine (last successful sync was 02/25/2017). In 2016, I successfully recorded and synced 32 routes, and 5 routes in 2015.
