iOS sync

For a few days now routes I create on the web will not sync to my devices on the app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and now I can not get any of my routes on it. Using iPhone 7 and iPad Air.

    I installed the app, logged in with my account, and then went to Settings --> Sync Now.

    I click sync now, and it hangs at "synchronizing, updating routes, downloading route 4270750"

    logging off doesnt fix it, neither does deleting and redownloading the app

    Same issue - just installed on iPhone 8 with iOS 11.4 - app hangs when trying to sync as Ruben G notes.
