Synchronising Issue

Hi James I am still experiencing the same synchronising issues still no change ! I am getting concerned as on the 23 June myself and 9 other riders will be starting a 600mile charity cycle ride from the Eiffel Tower Paris to Blackpool Tower with as yet NO route to follow. I synchronised 4 routes which were fine then added a further 2 at which point the screen froze . Could this be a priority please as if it’s not fixable I have some time to find an alternative and a refund. ISO 11.4
