Mark or detect forks done outside of rhodecode

Issue #239 resolved
Former user created an issue

Sometimes forks of a repository are done outside of rhodecode just using 'hg clone'. In this case one might wan't to add the fork to rhodecode afterwards by adding it to the repositories directory. Unfortunately the fork isn't shown as a fork and the source repository of the fork isn't recognized by rhodecode in this case.

An option to mark manually forked (outside of rhodecode) imported repositories as a fork inside of rhodecode afterwards would be handy.
