Journal revision ID tooltip AJAX query path is incorrect when running in a subdir

Issue #719 resolved
Cory Davis created an issue

When running Rhodecode in a subdir (using filter-with = proxy-prefix in the ini), the AJAX queries built in show_changeset_tooltip in rhodecode.js do not include the subdir. This causes all hovering of revision IDs to throw up error alerts since the requests 404 due to the path not existing.

Example:

Rhodecode running at http://server/subdir

AJAX requests look like http://server/changeset_info/repo/id (which 404)

AJAX requests should look like http://server/subdir/changeset_info/repo/id
