Error on HG Pushing

My RhodeCode is Under Apache proxy with SSL enabled. App served by gunicorn

I am recently getting the error while pushing to Repo.

    I have same error on one of my rep. I use rhodecode 1.5.1 + apache (mod_wsgi), mercurial 2.4.2

    When I run hg push localy, I receive message

    abort: abandoned transaction found - run hg recover!
    

    After I run hg recover, push through rhodecode become work fine.

    But may be you can show some error on this situation?
