Dropbox Authorization
Hi,
if I try to authorize my Dropbox Account the EncfsAnywhere page simply loads the authorization again and I end up in a loop?
I've also tried to use my own Dropbox API key with the App, but I end up with the same behaviour.
Any thoughts?
Cheers Alex

reporter Hi Marco,
I've tried Chrome 34 as well as Firefox 29 without any plugins.

repo owner Damn, you're right. EncfsAnywhere was remembering my login, so I didn't notice the problem. But after disconnecting I too can't connect.
I assume Dropbox changed something on their side, as I didn't ;)
I will investigate that. Thanks for the bug report!

repo owner I've just uploaded a new copy of EncfsAnywhere. Dropbox indeed changed their authentication process. One new catch is that I need to specify the locations EncfsAnywhere is hosted, they won't allow authentications from different locations. Therefore I made the API key exchangeable from the UI, so that the users are still able to host it themselves. If you find the time please let me know if everything works fine now, as I haven't had the time to test it extensively.

Hi, I am able to connect to dropbox, but somehow it shows only "root/" and not the files.

Hi, It was my problem: apparently renaming the folder to "app folder" does not make it accessible to the app, it has to be the original folder automatically created while approving the app!
It seems to work fine.
Thanks! Vaibhav

Hi Alex,
what browser are you using? I've only tested Chrome and Firefox and haven't had a problem with them. Are you using any browser plugins that might cause problems? You might want to try disabling all plugins.
