Unity Freezes when click Discover Ports

Per subject title everything locks up. Arduino Sketch Uploaded (UDuino default sketch) Comms working fine on Arduino from other apps, also tested ARDUNITY and this communicates fine. Your app fails Unity 5.62. UDuino Version: 1.3 (Jun 22, 2017)

Thanks for your comment. To troubleshoot, what is your OS and your Arduino board ?

Uduino has been realease this week so some compatibility bugs might remains...
