Error with as pretxnchangegroup hook

created an issue

Testing the pretxnchangegroup hook, I received the following after doing the 'hg push' command:

    Yup. Quite a few things changed going into 1.9, and I haven't used this extension myself in the meantime, and it's lacking a test suite.

    Thanks for the report. I've fixed it in a way that should be backwards compatible as well.
