Teleports stop fly

Lance Corrimal created an issue

When I teleport in RLV, flying stops. In the official viewer, when I fly before a TP I arrive flying.

For a sailor this is sudden death... fly -> tp to spot over water -> go swimming..

    Thanks for fixing this, Lance. I'd rather not have a pull request though, because my local repo is now more advanced than my Bitbucket one and I don't want yet another headache. As the fix is very small, I'll add it myself for the next version.

    I have included your fix, it works great except that I am not sure why... The fix occurs in the "stand up" event. Oh well.
