[RLV] View Note Restrictions works not proper

Hi

When you the option "viewnote" as restriction have, can you still the notecards viewing

This happens with satomi and with Dahlia relay RLV 2.9.6.6 and higher

    I'm afraid this works as intended (at least on my side) : when "viewnote" is active, the user cannot open a notecard. However, when "viewnote" is received by the viewer, the already open notecards are NOT automatically closed, in order to keep the user from losing their work, if they were writing something. Same goes for the Edit window when "edit" is received.
