Lance Corrimal created an issue 2011-10-04

with restrainedlife off i'm unable to wear system layers. repro: start the latest RLV viewer with "--set RestrainedLove 0" and try to wear / add a shirt.

reproducability: always

I'll be working on a fix now.

might be the same kind of bug as back when I got the same thing in taking system layers off.
