Complexity setting isn't working properly

Genara Stromfield created an issue

if you set complexity to a minimum of 20k, then go away a bit and come back Jelly Dolls turn to fully rendered again. Settings still show 20k of complexity. Sometimes it happens also after some minutes automatically

    Just tested again with Linden Standard Viewer and Restrained Love Viewer. With Standard Viewer it works perfectely. A friend of me tested it also. She doesn't have that Problem. only difference we are aware of at the moment is, she's using an Intel CPU, i'm using a AMD CPU

    This is interesting because I didn't change anything to how the complexity is managed. I'll have to test this when I can, I don't think the CPU brand matters much though.
