Should be solved in RLV 2.9.24 and extra-solved in 2.9.24.1

If it was not solved in 2.9.24, then I don't see why it should be solved in 2.9.24.1 (which only made sure the tick was well placed in the top menu), so I'll reopen it and check it soon.

Confirmed, still doing it in 2.9.24.1, apply "setenv_preset:a-3pm=force" then TP out to a sim that uses the default LL day cycle and see the sun going fast.
