@recvchat=n fails when /me occurs within the chat line

Apply @recvchat=n Say "test" - it will be supressed Say "test /me" - it will get through Say "test /me test" - it will get through

Reported on Kokua (RLV 2.9.24) verified with RLV 2.9.23.1
