RestrainedLoveImitateAvatarSpeech fading imitated chat due to distance bug

When this tag is enabled, Avatar Attachments with the same name as the owner speaking for them will have their chat come out as either AgentChatColor for others or UserChatColor for yourself, this is intended behavior, however.

Local chat has a feature that dims the text color of chat based on distance away from the recipient, this behavior is inserting itself into this feature causing Chat from certain Attachments (Example the RR Ball Gag Mesh and RR Deluxe Ball Gag) to come out as Slightly dimmed, screenshots below and inside of the Kokua issue tracker for this bug
