Parcel properties icons don't show in panel_navigation_bar.xml

The root cause is the additions there - About Land, Sky, Hover Height (inc. reset button) and Draw Distance. Ideally their width needs to be taken out of what’s already there (ie the location_combo widget) to balance the width used within the area with its allocation however the sum of the items added exceeds the size of the location_combo_widget so the whole panel is going to need more width added.
