@recvchat=n does not block attachments named <display name>

When the recvchat restriction is active on you, chat said by an attachment whose name is the same as your display name is still heard, even though chat you say yourself manually is not.

This is not a bug, this is by design so when you’re gagged and deafened, you will still hear what you’re saying through your gag.

If that’s the case, then would it make sense to allow yourself to hear what you’re saying /not/ through the gag when recvchat=n is on? It’s a bit immersion-breaking when putting on your gag allows you to hear yourself. I’d like it to be consistant, but I’m not partial to one mode or the other.
