Attachments frequently land on "Invalid attachment point" on connection

For the past month or so, when I first connect, very often one of my attachments is on "Invalid attachment point" (and appears near my waist, but not moving with me). If I detach and then reattach, it auto-attaches in the right place. This has happened most often with my hair and shoes. It does not happen in the standard viewer.

I'm afraid I have never seen this happen. I'll keep an eye on this, but since there is no repro and it seems random, I can't leave it major for now.

actually I have that a lot on poor connections.

But is this really an RLV issue ? I never get that myself and sometimes my connection is so slow it's not even funny.
