Alan Glover created an issue 2011-11-06

On Windows systems CTRL-A is the system shortcut for select all text. This is now being blocked by the newly introduced RLV shortcut for restart animations. Please move restart animations to a vacant shortcut instead.

Yes sorry, I never use "Select All" so I didn't realize that not only it conflicts, but it ALSO prevents you from selecting all.

Fixed in 2.7.4.1, the shortcut is now Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A, which was an obscure debug command that I have stripped from its shortcut.
