RLV restriction list not displayed when chat window closed and chat is being displayed as 'toasts'

I suspect this is by design, however creating an issue here to record it...

Since its introduction the feature which reports the current RLV restrictions and their origins only sends its output to the chat window. If the chat window is closed and chat is being displayed by 'toasts' then no output is displayed.

Well, yes, it is actually by design, because the list can get quite long at times so it would clutter the screen if it were displayed on toasts as well, since we can't control how many of them can be displayed at a time.

Agreed... I suspected as much. However, a single toast displayed saying that the user has to look at the chat history would avoid confused users who try it and nothing appears to happen :)
