Incorrect files generated for OS builds under Windows.

When attempting to build under Windows using Visual C++ express, I encounter a problem with the incorrect build files being generated. Makefiles are made with autobuild, which should be for Linux compilers. I traced the fault to a missing option in the autobuild.xml file. A patch is attached.
