The alignment tool in the build floater is broken

create two boxes, select them both in edit switch to the align tool observe no alignment handles showing up

There was an issue with the merge lately, about qtoolalign.cpp, a macro was missing. My fix was rushed, and then I forgot about it. Thanks for the fix, I will test it next time !

the proposed fix makes the alignmend handles appear, but they all point up, instead of inwards 0.o

need to investigate more.

Thanks for the fix :) I tested it and indeed, the cones are all oriented upwards. Not sure what I can do about it yet, I'll investigate when I get the time.

I've directly pushed the fix into your repo, seeing as it has proved to be correct in dolphin 3 already :)
