problem with RLV installation on SL viewer2

I'm new to this RLV, and trying to install it with my viewer2, but for some reason, i always get "the program can't start because xul.dll is missing from your computer , I tried to re-install. but still nothing is working .
Can anyone help me a little bit ?

Hi, with this error message I assume you are trying to install RLV 1.23.5. This means downloading the zip file containing the executable and the readme. As the readme states, you must put the executable where your SecondLife.exe is.
However if you are tyring to download RLV 1.23.5 and install it over a SL viewer v2 or 3... that won't work at all and you'll get this error (xul.dll has been dropped somewhere along the path when SL switched to v2, over 2 years ago now).
I suggest you download the latest version and run it, it will ask you where to install the viewer, just specify the place where you want to install it (C:\Program Files\RLV by default but you can change that), then let it install and run RestrainedLove.exe where you wanted it to be installed. No need for a particular version of the SL viewer for it to work, it is standalone now.
