extend setdebug to include "AvatarZOffset"

Issue #53 resolved

This would be very useful for making height adjustments in poses/animations so we can have our feet on the ground instead of floating in the air or sunk below ground depending on what animation we happen to be running.. -

That does have the ability to adjust the z-modifier but the approach doesn't seem very straight forward or easy for the average person to understand.. if i modify the debug setting for z-modifier it is a direct adjustment to the z axis of the avatar.. - i don't have to "calculate" a scalar value for my min foot to pelvis ratio... i can simply look at the avatar, slide the slider tool in the viewer and determine what offset i want to use.. add that simple single value to my notecard and set that as the modification i want to use for that particular animation.

That works for you but not for everybody, since the shapes are different. And sometimes you do NOT want your feet to touch the ground, but rather your sitting animation to look good (@adjustheight is meant for that too), so I'm afraid the complexity is necessary.
