Never un-blind when logging on with RLV 2.9.5, and 2.9.6.1

The newly added 'blind on login' restrictions never seem to lift, even after rezzing. I tried on my test avatar, and with relays on and off, just in case it mattered. I am using the mac port of the viewer.
