Appearance-->Wearing Right click context "Detach doesn't disable'

1. Wear handcuffs.
2. Touch and Lock them front or back.
3. Right click the locked cuff and observe that Detach is disabled (Greyed out) .
4. Select Appearance --> Wearing
5. Right click one of the cuffs in the list and observe that Detach is active (White).
