Yeast Patch Tracking Analysis
Data analysis of tracked actin patches in yeast. Feature-based representation of trajectories and patch intensities was extracted using U-track software.
Input: Each CSV file contains patch tracking results for each patch for particular well. Given are x- and y- positions patches for each of the time points (1-49).
Filtered data using biologically relevant rules (e.g., removing patches that appear in first time frame or are present in the last frame), data cleaning (outlier detection, standardization, batch effects between plates). The aim is to identify mutants that are significantly different from wildtype strains. The significance is assessed through comparison of lifetime and patch intensities throughout their lifetime.
